On November 10 2019 the Manitoba Country Music Awards presented by the Manitoba Country Music Association (MCMA) and Dauphins Countryfest, will be held at The Metropolitan Entertainment Centre by Canad Inns in the heart of Downtown Winnipeg. This is an evening not to be missed as we bring the provinces largest country music community together under one roof! Several of Manitoba’s top country acts along with host Jason McCoy will entertain guests as the prestigious awards are handed out to the highest-voted artists.

This Award is voted on by the fans. You do not need to be a member to vote for Fans’ Choice. One vote per IP is allowed.
From September 1, 2019 to 12:00 am CST September 28, 2019 voting will remain open for the MCMA FANS’ CHOICE Award.

Nominations for the 2019 Manitoba Country Music Awards is now Open
Nominations (First Ballot) for the 2019 Manitoba Country Music Awards is now Open to all MCMA Members
From 12:00 am CST July 1st, 2018 to 11:59 pm CST August 14th, 2019 all eligible MCMA members may nominate TWO AND ONLY TWO contenders in each of the member voted 19 categories. For eligibility and Category descriptions please refer to the 2019 Manitoba Country Music Association Awards MCMA Awards Rules & Regulations.
MCMA Members can place nominations for the first ballot by logging into the MCMA website and clicking the Nominate Now button below
AWARD CATEGORIES VOTED BY MEMBERSHIP
The six (6) Contenders receiving the majority of nominations in each category will appear on the Second (Final) Ballot as nominees, providing they meet the eligibility requirements as determined by the MCMA Awards & Balloting Committee. Second Ballot Contenders are required to be members of the MCMA.

August 17th Songwriters in the Round
Performance Opportunity! On August 17th, we will be hosting our 2nd MCMA Songwriter’s Event of 2019 at Trans Canada Brewing Company. This will be an afternoon event, and will provide an experience opportunity for artists and songwriters of all abilities in a fun and interactive atmosphere to be seen and have their music heard. (Please note that songwriters/performers must perform original songs only.)
The format will be a “Songwriters In The Round” style with each songwriter expected to perform a maximum of two songs on stage with 3-4 other artists.
